"Allow yourself to take a pause.

Allow yourself to listen to the sounds around you.

Notice how each sound has a beginning, middle, and end

Relax in this present moment."

Barbara StClaire-Ostwald

I didn't arrive here by accident, even though it may not have looked like a straight line.

For more than two decades, I've sat across from people — in boardrooms, in diplomatic postings, in government offices, and in quiet one-to-one conversations — helping them navigate change, pressure, and the moments life asks more of us than we think we have to give. My grounding is in psychology, shaped further by neuroscience, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural practice. Earlier in my career, that same grounding shaped years of trauma-sensitive coaching, and the emotional safety and nervous-system awareness from that work still quietly inform how I show up for every woman I mentor today.

The Inspired Woman is where all of that experience has settled. It isn't a change of direction — it's a culmination. Everything I've learned about resilience, identity, and what it takes for a person to truly change now goes into supporting women who've led businesses, raised families, built careers, and carried more than their share, and who are ready to reconnect with the self they may have quietly set aside along the way.

I don't believe resilience means being tough, or pushing through at any cost. To me, it's adaptability — the ability to meet what life asks of you without being consumed by it, and to find your way back to balance with more awareness and more choice than you had before. Growth, in my experience, was never about becoming someone new. It's about remembering the strength and wisdom that were already yours.

I hold a Master's degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practices from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and I've served on the board of APECS, the Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision. But the credentials were never really the point — they're simply what let me build a practice I trust, so that the women I work with can trust it too.

If you're navigating a transition and some part of you is ready to reconnect with who you already are, I'd love to hear your story.
