This mentorship is a personal space for reflection, renewal, and growth — designed to support you in sustaining inspiration, building resilience, and deepening confidence over the next six months.
Our work together unfolds organically. You bring the topics and experiences that are present for you; I hold the space for exploration, insight, and forward movement. Through our conversations, you will reconnect to your inner clarity, strengthen emotional balance, and continue expanding into your most authentic way of being.

Over six months, we meet twice a month for private 75-minute sessions — time set aside to reflect, explore, and integrate meaningful change.
The mentorship is grounded in deep listening, honest reflection, and practical application. Between sessions, you’ll have written reflections or gentle prompts to deepen what’s surfaced, along with a brief mid-month check-in to keep your energy and encouragement steady.
Each session begins with a short grounding meditation, settling you into the space before we begin. From there, we arrive together — a brief check-in on where you are, emotionally and mentally, in this moment.
We move into exploration, where you bring your chosen topic and we work through it with dialogue, reflection, and honest inquiry.
We turn to integration, connecting today’s insight to what you’ve discovered before, weaving it into a fuller picture of who you are. And we close with forward movement — a single reflection, focus point, or intention to carry with you into the fortnight ahead.

Counselling is for the deeper, ongoing challenges that need real therapeutic support. Coaching tends to be short, sharp, and goal-focused. Mentoring is something else entirely — it's about listening. It's about bringing out someone's own value. Their own worth. Not adding something from the outside, but helping to rediscover what was there all along.
We begin with a short discovery call, simply to see if we're a good fit for each other — this isn't a program I offer to everyone; it has to feel right on both sides. From there, we meet twice a month for private 75-minute sessions, online for six months, with a brief mid-month check-in and the occasional reflective prompt in between. Some months move quickly; others slow right down. What stays consistent is the space itself: confidential, unhurried, and entirely yours.
Once we've had our discovery call and decided to work together, we'll usually find a start date within the next couple of weeks — enough time for you to settle in, not so much that the momentum is lost. I keep my client list small, so I'll always be upfront if a start date needs to wait a little longer..
That's actually a very common place to begin. You don't need a clear vision before we start — some of the most meaningful work I've done with women began with "I just know something isn't right." Mentoring isn't about arriving with the answers. It's about being given the space to find them.

This mentorship is a space to stay connected to your inner inspiration and to move through challenges with awareness and strength. It is a journey of steady unfolding — one conversation at a time — toward a clarity, balance, and confidence that endures.
